Successfully Using and Developing Clairvoyance

More than likely your have heard the term clairvoyance from psychic ads and infomercials. However, do you know that anyone can develop clairvoyance? Everyone has some form of clairvoyance, however not everyone is willing to develop it, since it is much like learning a new skill. It is much like riding a bicycle, with some practice you gain skill and experience.

Here is the basic definition for the term clairvoyance, just in case you have never heard of it: Clairvoyance is a quick intuitive knowledge of just knowing things will happen or knowing things without actually seeing them physically and immediately. Some consider it a psychic ability.

If you would like to learn how to develop your natural ability to be clairvoyant you will be pleased to know that it is a skill that will lead to a happier and more peaceful life. By enhancing your ability you will find that you can enjoy a more creative way of thinking and also be able to think clearer as well. Being clairvoyant comes with only positive benefits for those who hone their skill. However, because you are going to have to guard yourself against absorbing bad or negative energies.

You need to ensure that you avoid any negativity from people, places and things when you more fully develop your clairvoyance because you do become more sensitive to the energies that surround you. Sometimes these types of situations are unavoidable. Just remember to do something positive to drive away negative energies if you find yourself in that type of situation. If you take the time to develop your clairvoyant capabilities you will more easily be able to rid yourself of any negative mood or vibration.

Here are some simple ways that you can begin to develop clairvoyance right now:

Rid yourself of negative possessions. If you have possessions in your home that bring you bad vibes or feelings, then get rid of them. Get everything out of your life that gives off bad or evil vibes to you. It could be the clothes of a dead relative or the hat of an old boyfriend. Whatever it is, as long as it makes you feel negative, you do not need it in your life. Have a bonfire for everything that you do not want in your life and home and allow that to cleanse you of your negativity.

Meditate quietly for at least 30 minutes daily. Make this your special quiet time. You can be anywhere to create it, inside your home, in the park, sitting in your vehicle, or in the back yard. It matters not where you do it as long as you do it, for instance, walking helps to clear the mind. Life can be hard sometimes, negative thoughts buildup when what you really need is time to relax, breathe and ponder.

Meditation is great for releasing stress as well. You will find it difficult to develop clairvoyance if your mind is cluttered with unnecessary thoughts. You need this time, and all that matters is that you are alone and completely at peace when you are doing it. Combine this time with some deep breathing techniques and you will be completely relaxed afterwards.

Pay attention to your feelings. Sure, you need to listen to your mind; however, your feelings are your guides while learning to develop the ability of clairvoyance. When something feels right, it generally is right. For instance, you may meet someone the first time and instantly know that you will be best of friends, you should trust your instinct and follow it, more than likely you are right to feel as you do.

Do not doubt yourself; rather you should trust your hunches. Suffering from low self-esteem is not helpful. You must become confident of your thoughts and feelings when you desire to develop your clairvoyant abilities. Doubting your instincts only damages your capabilities. Even when you are nervous about it trust yourself anyway.

Trust your feelings and instincts and let them take you where they will. Because of their carefree, no-worries attitudes, children are often more clairvoyant than adults. They express their feelings and do not hold back when they sense something is wrong. Just let go. Try to practice letting go of any negative or rigid personality traits. Your feelings and hunches will guide you.

The important thing to realize is that you already possess clairvoyant and psychic powers. Many scientists believe that many years ago all humans possessed extra sensory powers, but these have for whatever reasons become repressed over the years. But these dormant esp powers can be reactivated with the right training and mindset.

There are many things that can assist you to develop clairvoyance; regular affirmations and hypnosis sessions for example. These can be either with a trained therapist or self-hypnosis by listening to clairvoyance development audios. These can help you to communicate with your subconscious mind; once your subconscious mind realizes that it is okay for your dormant clairvoyant powers to be ‘unlocked’ you will soon start to notice a difference.

Your chakra energy centers need to be balanced and cleansed on a regular basis. By maintaining a balance between these energy centers you will find it easier to develop your ability. The third eye chakra and crown chakra are mostly responsible for your intuitive and psychic powers.

As you have seen, anyone is able to develop their ability to be clairvoyant. All it takes is a bit of practice and commitment. However, because people are so distracted by the daily grind it is usually neglected even though developing the ability is not difficult at all. Remove negative thoughts, moods, things, etc, from your life and cleanse yourself of negative energy in order to relax and hone your natural ability.
