Learn 3 Effective Posture Improving Routines for Neck and Shoulders

Poor posture has a simple remedy though. Given here are 3 grow taller exercises that can be employed for loosening tense shoulders and back muscles, and also giving you more height by straightening the spine.
Shoulder Release: Sit straight but not tight on a chair and let your arms dangle by the side. Slow your breathing, then as you take a large breath, raise your shoulders up at the same time, as high as they can comfortably go. Release them as you exhale, after holding that position for a few seconds.
Your shoulders and back feel extremely free and light after these stretches as though all the stress has been removed from them. Go over the routine a few times before ending the session.
Turkey Stretch: Like the previous exercise, sit on a chair with back erect and feet flat on the ground. Keep your eyes fixed beyond the tip of your nose, and hold a hand to your chin. Now breath in deeply, keeping the hand pressed firmly enough on your chin so that you don’t lose posture. You should feel yourself rising up as you fully inhale. This routine is also great for stretching out the back. Perform this a few times each sitting.
Turkey Stretch and Turn: This is another variant of the last one that helps the shoulders and back. Again, sitting straight up on a chair, tuck your chin down into your neck area without changing your back posture. Take a deep breath, and as you do so, turn your neck slowly to the right, maintaining the same shoulder and back posture.
Hold yourself in this position till you breathe deeply again. As you exhale, restore your head to the central position. When you do this for a second time, tilt your neck to the left side. Perform the whole routine for a total of 4 times.
These exercises to increase height are wonderful de-stressing postures that free up your neck and shoulders. The spine too feels nice. You can do these exercises any time any place and very soon you will see the results.
