Hatha yoga – The most famous yoga type

But the “flow” disappear in one or two weeks as quickly as it appeared, this means that the specific asana has fulfilled its duty at the current stage. But what was taking place is the following. A meridian has started to “work” again as a result of the asana performed. While its conductivity was still low one had interesting sensations of murmuring type. When the meridian had opened up the energy flowed out freely inside the body and the murmuring feeling ceased.
At the initial stages of mastering exercises of hatha yoga the necessary condition for doing asanas is performing shavasana after the whole set or after particular asanas, which must be performed separately (the exception is for the relaxation poses). This is important for the easing the energetic strains that will build up due to the conductivity is still low. If this condition is not fulfilled, neurotic symptoms (changes in the mood, sleep disturbances and many more) and also visual impairment or disorders of other organs may occur and develop.

Performing Hatha yoga without following a healthier diet often leads to worsening the consciousness and concentration of the students. You are taking the control of your body back with a diet. But it turns out to be a terrible trap: possessing the power of consciousness we often chose to live in “hell”.
