			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.remote-viewing-info.com/remote-viewing/">Remote viewing</a> is the psychic ability that pertains to the ability to see places, people, and objects that are not within the range of the outer five senses. This means you wouldn&#8217;t be able to see or hear it by natural means, but your own innate psychic ability can be trained to perceive things without you needing to be there in person.</p>
<p> However, there&#8217;s one distinction that needs to be made. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.remote-viewing-info.com/">Remote viewing</a> is not the same as having an out of body experience. Having an out of body experience, also called &#8216;astral travel,&#8217; occurs when you travel in spirit form to go and see an event or place.</p>
<p> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.remote-viewing-info.com/remote-viewing-training/">Remote viewing</a> is a form of psychic dowsing, where the viewer is using psychic power to seek out whatever he wants to find. The remote viewer is using a form of ESP to locate that which he seeks.</p>
<p> All humans have a form of latent psychic ability that was never developed fully when we were young. Considering that most of us only ever use around 10% of our brain&#8217;s capacity, there&#8217;s another 90% of dormant brainpower left untapped and untrained that we aren&#8217;t quite sure what to do with.</p>
<p> Imagine being able to reach out and just know that your children are okay while they&#8217;re away from family. The security and peace of mind that comes with being able to use remote viewing for beneficial needs is priceless.</p>
<p> Remote viewing differs from other types of psychic ability because anybody can learn how to become a remote viewer. In fact, studies show that many so-called &#8216;non-psychic&#8217; people have indeed demonstrated an ability to perform remote viewing once they&#8217;ve been put into a &#8216;trancelike&#8217; state; once there, they could indeed produce results from remote viewing that were highly accurate.</p>
<p> Try these remote-viewing techniques for yourself.</p>
<p> *Find a comfortable chair in a quiet place and close your eyes. Make sure you&#8217;re not distracted by anything like noises, television, bodily discomfort like having to go to the bathroom, and so on. You want to be completely free of distractions before you begin your remote viewing exercise.</p>
<p> *Close your mouth and breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find it easier to control your breathing if you lightly press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. This will also help make it easier to avoid yawning during this phase of the exercise.</p>
<p> *Be willing to suspend any disbelief in remote viewing at least for the time being. Being willing to believe that remote viewing is indeed possible is a big part of any success you will have doing it. As you fall into an ever more deeply relaxed state, remind yourself that you are indeed capable of viewing places, events or people that you cannot physically see with your eyes at the present moment.</p>
<p> *Start with something simple, so that you can test your abilities and show yourself that you&#8217;re indeed capable of doing this kind of psychic viewing. For example, you could &#8216;place yourself&#8217; in a standing position in front of the &#8216;you&#8217; that is sitting relaxed in a chair. Now, look back over your shoulder at the &#8216;relaxed&#8217; you, and see if you can see yourself sitting there. It can be a little trying it first to try to see yourself from this perspective, but patience is necessary. When you can finally see yourself from this position, it&#8217;s a marvelous surprise.</p>
<p> *Once you can master the mental control needed to view yourself from a remote perspective, cast your remote viewing eye a little wider, and observe a location you know very well. Perhaps a parent&#8217;s home or family member will suffice while you&#8217;re training your mind. Notice small things that may be out of place, such as dishes on the sink or magazines on the table. When you get a chance, call and confirm what you saw. This reinforcement of what you&#8217;ve seen is important, because it will show you what your mind is really capable of achieving.</p>
<p> As you become more practiced, you can also try another type of remote viewing exercise. Instead of viewing places or people you want to see, try seeing if you can &#8216;view&#8217; a friend who is doing a particular motion. Have a friend or family member sit in another room so that you can&#8217;t see him or her, and then have them repeat a simple movement like hand waving or twirling hair. With your remote viewing skills, see if you can see what your friend or family member is doing and then compare notes to see how accurate you are.</p>
<p> Once you have spent some time practicing your remote viewing techniques you may find that it&#8217;s much easier and quicker to get yourself into a relaxed state. This state is very similar to the trance-like relaxation people achieve under hypnosis. Even though they are still wide awake, the body is relaxed enough to access the sub-conscious mind.</p>
<p> If you are new to tapping into your psychic abilities, you can access them much more easily by your subconscious. The more you work on getting good at your remote viewing techniques, the better you&#8217;ll get at them.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is quite amazing when you stop to consider all of the different ideas and notions about proper <a target="_blank" href="http://www.toothygrinsstore.com/default.asp">dental care</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;These seemingly conflicting theories leave the patient &#8211; or more accurately &#8211; the consumer, in a sea of bewilderment most of the time.</p>
<p>For instance, is fluoride in mouthwash and toothpaste good or bad? Many dental experts believe that toothpaste, mouthwash and even topical treatments of fluoride harden your teeth and are therefore good. Other researchers say that any fluoride containing product put in the mouth spikes blood fluoride levels. Fluoride apparently tends to accumulate in parts of the brain as well.</p>
<p>Research like that done by Dr. Phyllis J. Mullenix, PhD. clearly makes you question even small amounts of fluoride showing up in our drinking supply and food supply &#8211; as many foods are exposed to fluoridated water. She also discusses that when they wanted to study even lower doses of fluoride for extended periods of time, that her funding was cut.</p>
<p>There are even dentists who are against fluoride&#8217;s use in the human body for any reason. Confusing, isn&#8217;t it? Who do we listen too? I can&#8217;t answer that question definitively for you but here are some thoughts that I will share on this aspect of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.gingivitiskiller.com/report/Should-You-Choose-Dental-Tape-or-Dental-Floss-.html">dental health</a>.</p>
<p>I am personally against fluoridation of drinking water. Despite the arguments in favor of forced medication of our drinking supply, I think it is wrong to &#8216;force&#8217; any medication on a population. This behavior effectively side steps each person&#8217;s right to choose. On the other hand, the choice of personal dental care products is just that: a choice. Each person as the right to choose whether he uses fluoridated rinse and toothpaste.</p>
<p>When it comes to adding fluoride to the drinking supply, many scientists and professionals are against the use of fluoride while many others are in support of it. <p> Faulty Thoughts is a term that is used widely in the regression therapy community. These are negative thoughts that a person has carried over from their past life. These thoughts can have an adverse effect on a person&#8217;s life, which is never good.</p>
<p> Only the individual who have created this negative feeling can release the same feeling so that he could re-model his energy field into something positive. Some of the ways to release this is through forgiveness, karmic repayment, and re-patterning.</p>
<p> The idea of forgiving someone is based on what is known as the golden rule, and can be found in scripture: &#8216;Do unto others as you would do unto yourself.&#8217; This means repaying karma by making things right and making things right.</p>
<p> Only after undergoing these corrective measures can we re-pattern our energy fields by replacing them with gentleness, care, tranquility, and harmony.</p>
<p> Yes, it&#8217;s probably going to get very tiring. In spite of that, Regression Therapy has been responsible for impacting several lives. Anyone that has tried to go through this type of therapy has found that their lives have become much better, and they are much stronger people. That alone makes it worth it.</p>
<p> To achieve this, each client must have a strong commitment and know himself thoroughly and able to change the way he is expecting his life to be.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s definitely an interesting topic. If you are feeling depressed, or victimized, or just plain curious, then you should take a look at it. There is no doubt that you will be able to figure out who you were once, and you&#8217;ll be able to deal with issues that are happening in your life right now.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is it truly possible for someone to learn the skill of being a clairvoyant? Yes, it is possible to a certain extent. However, in order to truly define what we mean by this we need to clarify the term &#8216;l<a target="_blank" href="http://www.develop-clairvoyance.com/learn-clairvoyance/">earn clairvoyance</a>&#8216;.</p>
<p> Part of the confusion comes from the fact that the term &#8216;<a target="_blank" href="http://www.develop-clairvoyance.com/clairvoyance/">clairvoyance</a>&#8216; has several different means, depending on who you ask. The most common definitions are remote viewing (being able to see things that are happening far away without the use of technology or the five human senses), or precognition (being able to see events happening in the future). At its most basic level, however, clairvoyance simply means being able to know information about a person, object, location, or event without using any of your five senses. Think of clairvoyance as a sixth sense.</p>
<p> It is true that some individuals have extraordinary <a target="_blank" href="http://www.develop-clairvoyance.com/clairvoyant/">clairvoyant</a> skills such as the ability to tap into the five senses to connect with something far away or to look into the past or future. But, no one truly knows how this works and science has lacked the ability to explain the process. Yes, there are many metaphysical explanations for such psychic abilities but no one particular explanation have emerged to truly define it. If there was one common denominator among all of these components it would be the simple notion that most people with these powers were born that way.</p>
<p> Is it possible for everyone to learn remote viewing or develop the ability to see into the future? No, but it is possible for everyone to develop a talent at developing a sixth sense.</p>
<p> All people have a certain degree of clairvoyant sixth sense. This often manifests as an indescribable &#8216;hunch&#8217; or &#8216;feeling&#8217; that people can&#8217;t logically explain. You may hear people say, for example, &#8216;I&#8217;ve got a bad feeling about this,&#8217; or &#8216;I don&#8217;t know why, but I&#8217;ve got a feeling we can trust him.&#8217; Unfortunately, many people ignore their sixth sense, deferring to logic or emotion rather than their gut instinct.</p>
<p> To a certain degree, science also acknowledges that hunches and instincts, and their validity, exists. However, what differs is that scientists don&#8217;t think there&#8217;s anything paranormal, supernatural, or psychic about this ability. For example, psychologists say that the phenomenon is caused by your subconscious mind picking up on little signals, hints and details that you and your conscious mind simply ignore because you&#8217;re too busy. However, your subconscious mind does actually see these things, and translates them into emotions that can help guide you with your proverbial &#8216;hunches&#8217; and &#8216;instincts.&#8217; So in order to develop a sixth sense, you have to learn how to trust and use your subconscious mind.</p>
<p> Whether your sixth sense is based in paranormal psychic ability or brain neurochemistry is not what is important. The main issue here is clairvoyance exists and all people possess a certain degree of it. And it is possible for them to hone their clairvoyance skill. The following are the three ways to do this:</p>
<p> 1. Improve Your Perception</p>
<p> Most people go through life with a sort of tunnel vision, where they&#8217;re so focused on what they&#8217;re doing in front of them that they become oblivious to everything that&#8217;s going on around them. Even so, though, these small details are hidden in plain sight, and our subconscious minds pick up on them. We get our instinct and hunches from this information, and if you can learn how to increase your perception, and become more aware of what&#8217;s around you and the details therein, you&#8217;ll be giving your subconscious mind more of what it needs to develop your sixth sense.</p>
<p> This takes practice, however. There are a few things you can do to try to increase your perception. First, slow down a bit. Try to relax, clam yourself, and move at a more leisurely pace in your daily activities. Second, remove distractions designed to occupy your senses. For example, instead of listening to the radio in the car while driving, drive in silence. With nothing else to occupy your senses and thoughts, you&#8217;ll become more aware of the world around you?the weather, the neighborhood you&#8217;re driving in, and that car behind you moving into your blind spot.</p>
<p> Finally, you can learn how to do so-called &#8216;mini meditations.&#8217; With a mini meditation, you close your eyes, take a deep breath, and force yourself to relax. When you open your eyes again, you&#8217;ll be surprised at how much more aware you are of your surroundings. This will just take a few seconds, but you&#8217;ll be surprised at the difference you feel.</p>
<p> 2. Meditate</p>
<p> Invest time in meditating at least 30 minutes a day. The general purpose of meditating is to alter and clear the conscious state of mind in order to allow your subconscious mind rise to the surface. This way it can do what is needed to work and communicate with the conscious mind. That is why people who meditate develop feelings relaxation when they are done.</p>
<p> Now, meditation is not exactly easy to do, especially if your mind is always racing. For example, you may sit down and try to think about nothing, but all of a sudden, you&#8217;re thinking about the fact that you can&#8217;t think about nothing. You also may wonder if you&#8217;re doing this wrong, which can get perseverative and get you &#8217;stuck&#8217; in thought that simply won&#8217;t turn off. The key to getting through this is to occupy your conscious mind with something that will distract it. You can do this by using a mantra and to focus.</p>
<p> When you meditate, your senses are distracted. You hear every sound going on, everything happening, and you are distracted. So instead of trying to &#8216;control&#8217; your senses, simply distract THEM and keep them busy. To do this, you can stare to focus on a candle flame. The flickers can be mesmerizing but not so complicated that they are distracting. This keeps your mind occupied, too.</p>
<p> Second, our conscious mind, our thoughts, never shuts down?we&#8217;re always thinking about something. Rather than try to silence it, occupy and distract it with a mantra. A mantra is phrase, poem, or prayer that you repeat over and over again in your head just to occupy your mind. It can be anything?a prayer, a favorite poem, even song lyrics?just as long as you know it by heart and can recite it with much thought. Some people pray the rosary as they meditate?the endless string of memorized Hail Marys occupies their conscious mind perfectly.</p>
<p> 3. Trust Your Instincts</p>
<p> This may be the most important thing you do when it comes to developing clairvoyant abilities. It&#8217;s normal to doubt and second-guess yourself and you get started with this, but learn not to doubt those gut feelings you always get. Instead, follow them and see what happens. Know that your hunches and instincts exist for some reason, and that your subconscious mind is probably trying to tell you something. It may be something your subconscious mind hasn&#8217;t noticed, but yet it&#8217;s still important.</p>
<p> At first, this may be difficult. Over time, however, the more you listen to and trust your instincts, the more confidence you will gain in them. Your clairvoyant sixth sense will grow stronger, and it will be easier for you to trust it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone ever said to you that anything is possible if you put your mind to it? If they did, they probably didn&#8217;t realize how right they were. It&#8217;s been known for many years that the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/subconscious-mind/">subconscious mind</a> can give any individual unlimited power. All you have to do is have the proper training, and spend the time doing it. In short, it controls the way you live your life. So we want to help you open all of those potential channels.</p>
<p> You already know you have a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/">subconscious mind</a>. Whether or not you know that it works is a completely different story. However, it doesn&#8217;t take much for you to tap into this power and transform your life the way you want it to be. Unfortunately it&#8217;s hard for everyone to understand the potential your subconscious mind can have over everyday life. The easiest way to put it is it&#8217;s that faint voice you hear in your head. The voice that tells you something is wrong or makes you think twice about a situation.</p>
<p> What is <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/subconscious-mind-power/">subconscious mind power</a>? You have heard your inner mind. When you were standing there getting ready to make a life altering decision and it talked you out of it. I would like to think that it talked you out of something that was harmful, often though that inner voice is telling a person that they can&#8217;t do something. That they won&#8217;t be able to accomplish what it is they want. They aren&#8217;t good enough, pretty enough, thin enough. The subconscious is what you think of yourself deep, deep down inside.</p>
<p> Take a few minutes and think about it. If you go through the day with these negatives thoughts circling within the mind, they are going to surface sooner or later. It&#8217;s the reason why you can end up having a bad day in the blink of an eye. While we can&#8217;t change that particular situation, we can help you open up the positive side of your subconscious mind.</p>
<p> In the beginning it all revolves around affirmation. Just like young children need to be encouraged by positive thoughts, adults need the same. Although, when we get older the encouragement is nullified by paychecks and lack of recognition. So instead of running through the rest of your life on a negative path, you need to give yourself affirmation to have the life you should be living.</p>
<p> For example, you want to lose weight. Instead of thinking you are fat, repeat to yourself that you are your perfect weight. On a piece of paper you can write down the same phrase and carry it in your pocket, you can tap it to the mirror, make a ring tone out of it, and make it a screensaver at work. The point is to repeat the message enough that the subconscious mind picks up on the fact that this is what you think? and what it needs to be thinking.</p>
<p> The end result will allow you to change your life for the better. Keep in mind that this isn&#8217;t something you can change overnight, because you&#8217;ve spent years unknowingly training your subconscious mind to believe the negative thoughts. However, when you train properly, the positive thoughts will begin to surface. Here&#8217;s an example of one of my students who had to learn the hard way before joining my training sessions.</p>
<p> &#8216;Growing up my parents didn&#8217;t have a whole lot of money. When I was 13 I used to cut grass during the summer so I could buy school clothes before the New Year. To be honest, it has always been a struggle. I remember having dinner with the family on many occasions that consisted of eggs and toast. It was the only way I knew how to be even though others were enjoying life on many different levels. Once I grew into an adult, this way of life was already embedded in my subconscious mind and I couldn&#8217;t release myself from it.</p>
<p> Once I heard about how you could reshape the subconscious mind, everything started to make sense. In those days I was taught to live a hard life, and just make do with what I was given. Unfortunately I was never taught that I could make more money, or simply provide a stable life for my family. To make a long story short, I now train my subconscious mind to think differently. It tells me I can do anything, and it has reshaped my life in ways I only dreamed of years ago. Thank you.&#8217;</p>
<p> In recent years films and books like &#8216;The Secret&#8217; have explained this phenomenon in more scientific terms. This has become known as the &#8216;Law of Attraction&#8217;. This says that our subconscious mind not only reacts with and responds to the reality we are experiencing it is actually creating it!</p>
<p> Ancient religions have practiced quantum physics long before it even had a name. Could you imagine the positive benefits the world would have had if we only listened to their prophets? The domino effect would have changed the course of history just by everyone using the subconscious mind.</p>
<p> Let&#8217;s change that because you obviously want to start living your life a better way. If you didn&#8217;t you wouldn&#8217;t have read this entire article. The subconscious mind is a fickle subject, but one that has unlimited potential if you use it properly. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you need to make more money, budget better, or spend more time with the kids. Why? Well, because you can do all these things by simply training the subconscious mind to think the right way.</p>

You are aware of every move you make, and the things you say. You decide where you want to go, what you want to do, what you want to say and who you want to be with.</p>
<p> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">Lucid dreaming</a> allows you to be whatever you want to be in them, and share them with whoever you want, whether it is for a romantic getaway or an action packed thriller.</p>
<p> Normal dreams are not ones that let you control them, and sometimes take a turn for the worse, bringing out some of the worst fears buried in your minds, whereby when <a target="_blank" href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">lucid dreaming</a>, the dreams often seem so real and lifelike that you have a hard time distinguishing them from normal, everyday life.</p>
<p> A great way to find out whether it&#8217;s a dream or reality is to read a book, paper or magazine in the dream. Normally in dreams the letters are hazy and forever shifting and hence you can never read in a dream. If you can&#8217;t read then you sure are dreaming.</p>
<p> You may be fantasizing about something that you really want badly, such as a promotion, or a new home. This may be impossible in real life, but in your lucid dreams where you control the outcome, you may see yourself already doing the new job and details of it, or vividly see you moving into the house you want to purchase, for example.</p>
<p> You can change the dream so that what you want to happen is how it ends in lucid dreaming. By using your sub-conscious part of the brain that controls creativity and imagination to control your dream and picture how it would be if your dreams came true, a lucid dream can be a way to see that possibility.</p>
<p> Is it physically possible to experience lucid dreams? Yes! There is a biological need for the body to sleep, to rest and prepare for another days activities, it is a relatively simple step for part of your mind to remain conscious while your body is resting.</p>
<p> There are various methods to invoke lucid dreams which can be mastered over time and with constant application and persistence.</p>
<p> By jotting down notes as soon as you awake that describe the lucid dream, you will be better able to learn to recall scenes and characters from your dreams. Don&#8217;t worry if you can&#8217;t recall everything because lucid dreams often recur at some point so you will have another chance to finish jotting it down. With this technique your lucid dreams will give you reference material for dream interpretations or other things.</p>
<p> If you are a writer this information is invaluable. You may have your next novel lined up. In a lucid dream you create the scenes and actions. The dream ends the way you want it to. Lucid dreaming is a time to pacify our inner ambitions and desires and plan their execution in reality.</p>
<p> If you have ever dozed back to sleep after you have awoken from a lucid dream, you may have experienced where you can almost consciously return to where you were before you woke up. When you re-enter the dream, it may be easier to recall if you forget some details or you may end up changing some of the details when you dream the second time around.</p>
<p> If you wake before your normal time, let&#8217;s say you have a couple of hours to go; this is the easiest time for lucid dreaming. It may seem like you have been awake and thinking all the time, but you have actually been lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> As your expertise increases in the field you will find it&#8217;s quite easy. There are shortcuts to help you. One of them is self hypnosis which is a great way to help you to remember your dream to the last minute detail.</p>
<p> Another shortcut worth mentioning is a recent development in sound technology called binaural beats. These special frequencies work by synchronizing the two hemispheres of the brain and almost instantly put your brainwaves into the state required for lucid dreaming to be possible.</p>

For this reason, it&#8217;s sometimes known as &#8220;Conscious Dreaming&#8221;. What this means for you is that when you are lucid dreaming, you know that you are having a dream, in the same way that when you step into the bus terminal you know you&#8217;re in the bus terminal and not in the countryside or out on the street. And, because of your awareness, you are able to exert a great deal of control over what happens in your dream.</p>
<p> This is nothing short of the metaphysical. Your limitations are lifted; you can do the &#8220;impossible&#8221;.</p>
<p> But this begs the question: can it really be so easy? Is this accessible to all? If it really is that easy why doesn&#8217;t everybody do it?</p>
<p> But the fact of the matter is, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/">lucid dreaming</a> is not at all that difficult, as long as you know what you&#8217;re doing. You really just need old fashioned determination and passion.</p>
<p> Perhaps most important of all is that you need to be perfectly clear regarding your personal objective in trying to master lucid dreaming. Are these lucid dreams for your own private playground, or do you have something more serious in mind? <p> The process is slow, but it can be achieved by maintaining a Dream Recall Register in which you enter as many details as you can remember about your dreams daily. Slowly but surely, you?ll realize that you can remember even the most vivid details of your dreams. Periodic reality checks during the course of dreaming will train your mind to be aware in dreams.</p>
<p> Many people have used hypnosis to dramatically reduce the time they need to train their subconscious mind to engage in lucid dreaming. Many times merely one of two hypnosis sessions permit one to consistently remember all of their dreams, so they are prepared for lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> When you begin lucid dreaming, you might suddenly wake up from a dream. But you&#8217;ll be able to remember the dream you were having in vivid detail. Just relax and fall back asleep, and you&#8217;ll be able to go back to the same dream and continue on with it. When you wake up in the morning, you?ll realize then that you have the the authentic power of conscious dreaming</p>
<p> Another great way to have lucid dreams is to go back to sleep for a couple of hours after you wake up in the morning. These dreams are the closest to lucid dreams as they leave you wondering if they were actually dreams or your thoughts manifested in the form of a purported event.</p>
